Russell Smeback received an MBA from the University of Oregon and has earned accounting certifications as a CPA, CIA and CFE. He has over 15 years logistics experience in the trucking, intermodal and warehouse management industry, as well as more than 20 years in international Project Management participating as key staff on several multi-million-dollar projects in the mining, civil and science industries. In addition, he has been an integral member of the startup team for several small companies and one fortune 500 company.

Jose Santana started in the maritime industry in 1999 and has work his way through the ranks He brings over 15 years of management experience in Terminal, Warehouse, and Stevedoring Operations. Jose has obtained several training certificates including Master Rigger which brings extensive knowledge of the gear and equipment needed to work a stevedore and warehouse operation safely and efficiently. He has consistently enforced safety policies and procedures throughout all facets of the operation. Jose has also been involved with the security requirements of the USCG for over 10 years as an FSO/AFSO of multiple companies. Not only has he managed Terminal, Stevedore and warehouse operations he has operated all equipment (Crane, Truck, Stacker, forklift) associated with stevedore and warehouse operations.
